That's according to Shane Scanlan, spokesperson for a group called The Alliance - A Support Network for Nursing Homes, and who's a director of nursing at Lystoll Lodge, Listowel. The group was meeting the Minister of State at the Department of Health, Mary Butler this morning about the funding for health in the budget.
