Sinn Féin has launched its €1.4 billion alternative health budget. The party sets out plans for a new national health service, the expansion of free GP care, 828 new public hospital beds and 6,500 additional staff. Health spokesperson David Cullinane speaks to Treasa Murphy. She first asks him about the resignation of a third top level official from Sláintecare. Professor Anthony O’Connor is the third high profile departure from the programme which is aimed at reforming Ireland’s health service.
