Canice Walsh of Murphy Ramsey Walsh Solicitors in Tralee spoke to Treasa Murphy about fees for the release of wills. The independent legal watchdog, the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA) published its latest independent complaints handling report. In the report, the LSRA says solicitors should not charge fees to release wills stored on their premises.
