Kerry County Council is proposing to upgrade around one kilometre of the N22 Killarney Bypass including the Lewis Road and Kilcummin Road junctions. Suzanne Mannix Dennehy’s sister Annette died after her bicycle was in collision with a vehicle close to the Lewis Road junction. She and Cllr Niall Kelleher spoke to Jerry.
