It’s believed that in the 1890s skulls were taken from An Ghleann/St Finian’s Bay in South Kerry and brought to Trinity College Dublin where they remain in the university’s School of Medicine. Jerry spoke to Sinn Féin TD Pa Daly and to campaigner Ciarán Walsh. After this interview was broadcast, TCD issued a statement saying it’s launched a formal process to review the university’s historical legacies since its foundation in 1592.
