'Rest Peacefully, You Did Your Mighty Best, Mary’ – December 4th, 2023

Many tributes have been paid to Mary Tangney who drowned while trying to rescue sheep on Friday. The tragedy occurred on the family farm in Gerahmeen, Beaufort. Cllr Michael Cahill and Ann Maire O’Donoghue of the Black Valley Community Group paid tribute.
