Captain Brian FitzGerald works at the Department of Climate, Energy, and the Environment as the community liaison officer for the National Designated Maritime Area Plan (NDMAP). Brian was previously a ship’s captain and operational commander in the Naval Service and is a lecturer in maritime law. He discusses offshore wind energy.
