Cllr Jackie Healy-Rae joins Jerry to speak about a Kerry County Council bye-law that is proposing the banning of dogs and horses from blue flag beaches for 10 weeks during the summer months. Blue flag status is much sought after as it's an indication of a beach's high environmental standards.
