Cathaoirleach of Kenmare Municipal District, Fianna Fáil councillor Michael Cahill has claimed there is poor visibility on sections of the Ring of Kerry. He cited the experience of a couple from Kells, Agnes and John O’Sullivan, who nearly crashed while driving on the road close to the viaduct in Gleesk.
