Jerry spoke to Triona O’Brien, who’s a research officer with Teagasc, relating to dairy, microbiology, and food safety. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is investigating after one person died as a result of listeria infection. As a result, the FSAI has recalled 141 different types of ready-made meals.
