Sage Advocacy has launched a new research project titled, Establishing an Observatory on Human Rights in Long-Term Care. Its aim is the well-being of people receiving long-term care or support, including those who are residents in a nursing home. Sage Advocacy wants to find out to what extent individuals’ rights to dignity, autonomy, and other essential rights are respected in these settings. Sarah Lennon, executive director of Sage Advocacy, speaks to Jerry.
