Did you know there are over 1,000 lost monuments in this county dating from pre-history up until the end of the 17th century? The National Monuments Service believe that some of us may have information that could help in their rediscovery. Last week, it emerged that a 4,000 year old burial tomb in Ballyferriter had been rediscovered. Jerry spoke to Caimin O’Brien who is an archaeologist with the National Monuments Service.
