That’s one of the findings of the Child Law Project – it examines and reports on child care proceedings in the judicial system. It provides information to the public on the operation of the child care system in the courts. This is the last volume of reports to be published by the Child Law Project, under a three-year grant from the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth which expires in October.
