That’s the view of Green Party environment spokesperson Brian Leddin who believes the Tarbert-Ballylongford landbank would be a suitable location for a new emergency gas reserve. The coalition government of Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael and the Greens has decided in the interests of energy security, that such a reserve is needed.
