Yesterday an Oireachtas Committee discussed draft legislation on e-scooters. They heard from various organisations such as the National Council for the Blind of Ireland, the Irish Wheelchair Association and the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind. June Tinsley is head of advocacy with the NCBI.
