Joe McGill reports from Cahersiveen where yesterday South Kerry’s long awaited respite centre for people with additional needs opened – Cúnamh Iveragh Respite Centre. . Joe spoke to Loretto Lynch, who’s PRO for the committee which helped established Cúnamh Iveragh, to Cúnamh Iveragh chairperson Adrian Griffin, Kirsi Salo, who’s disability manager with HSE Kerry, Majella Daly, former head of service for disabilities with Cork/Kerry Community Healthcare and Tim Healy, owner of Home Instead which will run the centre.
