Annie is a Yorkshire terrier who was rescued by Animal Help Net Kerry. Wendy O’Connor of the animal rescue group tells Jerry how the terrified little dog was discovered on Thursday. The vet, who’s treating Annie, suspects that the little terrier was used for dog-baiting.
