• The Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council Jim Finucane reacts to the news that Kerry County Council has given planning permission for Japanese pharmaceutical giant Astellas Pharma to construct a €330m facility in Tralee.
• Cork solicitor Joseph Cuddigan speaks on behalf of his clients, a Kerry landlord and his son, after the judge dismissed charges against both men yesterday. Mr Cuddigan is delighted that his clients were vindicated – charges of assault, attempted theft and trespass were dismissed against them at Cork District Court.
• Fine Gael councillor Patrick O’Connor-Scarteen, who’ll be retiring after next year’s local elections, speaks to Jerry along with Teddy O’Sullivan Casey who’s been chosen to run in the councillor’s place.
• Former Radio Kerry journalist Eamonn Hickson speaks to Jerry about his research into how people in Kerry use language; Eamonn studied interviews on this station.
