Kerry of the Thousand Welcomes – September 29th, 2023

An international media organisation is in Kerry making a documentary about Ukrainian refugees' experience in this county. Mariia Horban from Ukraine is a journalist with Radio Free Europe/ Radio Liberty which broadcasts in 23 countries. Among the groups and individuals taking part in the documentary are members of North East and West Kerry Development (NEWKD) which runs support programmes and services for Ukrainians.  Robert Carey and Olya Maryntseva of NEWKD along with Mariia spoke to Jerry.
