Aisling O’Brien was at Tralee court yesterday where Cllr Jackie Healy-Rae, his brother Kevin, and Malachy Scannell of Inchacoosh, Kilgarvan were found guilty of assault causing harm. The sitting of Kenmare District Court in Tralee was due to CCTV requirements.
