Chairman of Kerry County Board, Tim Murphy gives his reaction to Jerry and to reports in the Irish Independent that the GAA will submit individual plans for each of its main county grounds in the hope that attendance can go beyond the 200 maximum specified for 5,000 plus capacity venues set out in yesterday's plans.
