Yesterday, gardaí confirmed that the investigation into the death of Jamey Carney had been upgraded to a murder probe. 43-year-old Jamie, who was the mother of a 13-year-old girl, was originally from Westchester County, New York. Her body was found at her home just off the Muckross Road, Killarney on Tuesday afternoon. Jerry spoke to Barry Roche, southern correspondent with The Irish Times.
