Tralee solicitor Pat Mann is president of the Kerry Law Society. Jerry spoke to him about the dispute over changes to criminal legal aid payments which came into effect on July 1^st. Hundreds of solicitors have said they will resign immediately from the Criminal Legal Aid panel.
