Ireland’s Seemingly Unstoppable Rent Rises – December 6th, 2022

The average rent in Ireland has soared by 82 percent in the past 12 years. New figures from the Banking and Payments Federation shows the demand for housing and the growing gap between the cost of rent and mortgage repayments have led to the price consistently increasing.
