The Minister for Health plans to bring in laws to raise the legal age for buying tobacco from 18 to 21, as well as further legislation to make it harder to buy disposable vapes. Treasa spoke to Mark Murphy, Advocacy Manager - Environmental Health and Tobacco with the Irish Heart Foundation.
