A family law story made the headlines in today’s newspapers. A warring couple agreed not to interfere with the immersion switch in the family home which they continue to share as neither has enough money to move out. The man and woman have a temporary protection order against the other and had applied for a safety order to the courts. Jerry spoke to solicitor John Galvin who’s secretary of the Kerry Law Society. He asked John if this case reflects the fact that many estranged couples are still forced to live together because they can’t afford to move out.
