Why I Wrote an Open Letter to the Minister – July 25th, 2017

Ina O’Dwyer from Cahersiveen wrote the letter to Disability Minister, Finian McGrath, after he said some families are “dumping” relatives in residential facilities. Ina’s son, Bernard, who’s nearly 41 has profound special needs and has lived in St Mary of the Angels in Beaufort since 1981.
