Jerry's documentary Gloryhunter: Kerry's Indian Killer has won a prestigious international award at the New York Festivals Radio Awards.
His documentary, which was first broadcast last year, won a Silver Award in the Radio History Documentary category.
Jerry's documentary tells the story of Kerry-born Patrick Edward O’Connor, who, as a colonel in the US Army, led the largest massacre of Native Americans in US history at Bear River in 1863.
