Gardaí Failed to Prosecute Juvenile Offenders – January 18th, 2019

A garda report has found that 3,500 children received no punishment for committing almost 8,000 crimes, including serious offences, because of failures by the force. Fine Gael senator Martin Conway is a member of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Justice and Equality.
