In April 2022, Tatenda Mukwata who lived in Kenmare died after giving birth to her daughter. The HSE commissioned an external review into the circumstances of the young woman’s death. However, it has not yet been release. The Mukwatas’ solicitor Conor Murphy spoke to Jerry.
