Patricia Harte tells Jerry about her daughter's experience with the health service. Patricia’s daughter had a fall in Killarney last week, and required urgent medical attention. She was first taken to the out-of-hours GP service, SouthDoc. An ambulance was called but after it was diverted elsewhere, Patricia had to drive her daughter to the emergency department in University Hospital Kerry in Tralee.
