Last week, a judge in Scotland allowed the naming of a 16-year-old boy who raped and murdered a 6-year-old child. Normally, under 18s would not be named publicly. Jerry spoke to Anne Conroy, CEO of Le Chéile Mentoring – a mentoring and youth justice support services organisation – about its work and whether there are ever occasions when underage criminals should be identified.
