European Court of Justice to Adjudicate on Shannon LNG Planning – February 18th, 2019

The High Court has referred an application for judicial review regarding the extension of planning permission to the Shannon LNG project on the Tarbert Ballylongford landbank to the European Court of Justice. Cllr Jim Finucane who supports the project and Fred Logue, solicitor for Friends of the Irish Environment which made the initial application to the High Court, spoke to Jerry.
