Plans by Japanese multinational to open a €330m faciilty in Tralee represents a massive opportunity for the Kerry campus of the Munster Technological University (MTU). That's according to Patricia Quane who's former vice-president and general manager of Astellas Ireland. She's a major figure in Ireland's biopharma industry and is chair of South West Enterprise Plan Steering Committee.
