On Friday, 43 years after the disaster, a jury ruled that the 48 young people who died in the Stardust blaze, were unlawfully killed. Journalist and broadcaster Vincent Browne, who grew up in Broadford, Co Limerick, recalled on social media another terrible fire that killed 48 people.
