Ian O’Connell from Killarney noticed how some drivers are parking in such a way that it’s impossible to let down ramps for wheelchair adapted vehicles. The errant drivers may not be parking in disabled parking bays illegally but they’re causing as much inconvenience. Ian, who’s a wheelchair user, and Aine O’Sullivan, community development worker with the Disability Federation of Ireland spoke to Jerry.
