A Kerry caller tells of her frustration after receiving a letter from the HSE this week. The woman is a medical card holder and had been on a waiting list for essential dental surgery. The letter asked her to confirm whether or not she wanted to remain on the list, five years after her initial referral. The extensive waiting period resulted in the caller losing the teeth that required surgery.
