Crime, Punishment and the Garda Youth Diversion Controversy – January 21st, 2019

At this month’s meeting of the county’s Joint Policing Committee, Eamonn Hickson spoke to Superintendent of the Tralee Garda Division, Dan Keane, about failures to prosecute young people under the Garda Youth Diversion Programme.
