Tom Brosnan is Civil Defence Officer for Kerry. The Civil Defence play a very important role in society including responding to serious weather events. They were also at the heart of the response to COVID-19 particularly during the first lockdowns. They are now looking for volunteers to help support their frontline emergency services.
