Yesterday Kerry County Councillors rejected Minister Darragh O’Brien’s request that they change their windfarm policy as it relates to the new County Development Plan. Councillors voted to restrict further wind farm development in Kerry and limit it to the Kilgarvan area. Jerry speaks to councillors Charlie Farrelly and Michael Foley.
