The National Council for the Blind of Ireland has launched its annual ‘Clear Our Paths’ campaign. Lorna Fitzpatrick, advocacy manager of NCBI speaks to Jerry about the campaign which focuses on making pavements accessible for those who are vision-impaired. This means not blocking footpaths and cleaning up if your dog poops.
