Jack Fitzpatrick from Cahersiveen contaced the show after watching last night's RTE Prime Time programme which revealed how a €1.5 million facility for adults with disabilities in Co Monaghan has yet to open. The programme resonated with Jack because he has a son with special needs who lives in St Mary of the Angels, Beaufort.
