Yesterday, the Circuit Court dismissed an election petition by sitting Kerry councillor and retained firefighter Martin Grady, who was deemed ineligible to sit on Kerry County Council after a circular by the Department of Housing. An updated circular this week clarified Cllr Grady and Damian Quigg can sit on the council. Cllr Grady and his solicitor, Dan O'Connor, spoke to Jerry.
