When is a Candidate’s Poster not an Election Poster? – March 26th, 2019

Charlie Farrelly is running in May’s local elections. He says a poster of himself displayed at the Castleisland homecoming for Special Olympian Gary O’Sullivan on Saturday was not an election poster. Mr Farrelly said recently he would not use election posters in his campaign.
