Minister of State for Skills and Further Education Niall Collins spoke to Treasa Murphy about the possible easing of further restrictions and he also outlined details of the newly launched Action Plan for Apprenticeship 2021-2025. This sets out a five-year strategy to 10,000 new apprentice registrations per year by 2025:
