Killarney restaurateur Paul Treyvaud and Independent councillor Niall O'Callaghan unveiled what they are calling ‘The Plan’ on social media last night. They are calling for the opening of all of indoor hospitality at the same time as outdoor hospitality, which is set to resume on June 2nd. Paul Treyvaud outlines the plan:
