Spinal Injures Ireland has outlined what it would like to see introduced in next week's budget including that people with spinal cord injuries would automatically receive a medical card and that this would be permanent. Jerry spoke to CEO Fiona Bolger and to Labour councillor Terry O'Brien who is paralysed following a spinal injury.
