Amnesty International is urging the Greek authorities to drop baseless charges against rescue volunteer and human rights advocate Seán Binder. The Castlegregory man is a volunteer rescuer who helps migrants in distress and are at risk of drowning at sea. Along with 23 other defendants, Seán is facing charges including membership of a criminal organization, money laundering, and smuggling.
