99-Year-Old Told by Eir She’ll be Charged for Paper Bills – March 27th, 2024

Trish Griffin from Tarbert tells Jerry of a letter that Eir sent to her 99-year-old mother Catherine. The letter sets out a list of charges for issuing paper bills. Trish’s mother doesn’t want to opt for direct debit and would prefer to have her bills posted to her. Jerry got a response from Eir.
