Yesterday, a plaque was unveiled marking 125 years since the first members of Kerry County Council were elected. Treasa spoke to Owen O’Shea, communications officer with Kerry County Council and who’s also a historian, and to Cllr Angie Baily, who has a family connection to one of the first Kerry County Councillors elected.
